Ciao da Barbara!

La città di Firenze è ricca di storia, tradizione, arte e cultura, ma anche buona cucina.Un viaggio attraverso la cultura fiorentina, può avvenire gustando i piatti più autentici della cucina: delicate e saporite, ma anche rustiche e raffinate sono le specialità che possiamo trovare alla tavola di Barbara. La nostra Cesarina ama riunire amici e famigliari attorno ad una tavola e trascorrere il tempo fra chiacchiere e gustose ricette; da degustare nel suo giardino oppure attorno al camino, nei mesi più freddi. Il tutto sempre accompagnato con del buon Chianti!

: This experience was truly one of a kind! Barbara was AMAZING. Her home was beautiful, warm, and welcoming. She was kind, funny and a fabulous conversationalist. The food was so incredibly delicious and we will be recommending Barbara and the Cesarine to anyone we know who travels to Italia! Grazie Mille!
: Barbara was a superb hostess and an excellent chef. Our meal was exquisite, her home a lovely setting, and her warm personality very inviting. Our family felt relaxed, welcomed and very well fed. It was wonderful to chat about life in Florence with a native and hear how our lives are the same with some slight differences. Such a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend either the home chef experience or if you prefer the cooking class experience.
: Barbara was a wonderful Cesarine. We really enjoyed her warm hospitality, friendly demeanor, and great food! She is a great cook that is easy to learn from and makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!
: Barbara is an amazing Cesarine! She received me in her beautiful home with a delicious Bruscheta and promptly made sure I felt comfortable even though other people had canceled and the session was just the two of us. She then helped me in learning and cooking delicious italian pasta and Tiramisu. I couldn't ask for a more gracious teacher or for a better experience in cooking! Can't recommend enough! Will be booking other Cesarine experiences in the future.
