Thoroughly enjoyable experience! Luca was a wonderful teacher and host. Making the pasta brought me back to the days of my childhood memories in my Grandmother's kitchen in the United States as she and I made pasta together for Sunday dinner.

Luca welcomed us into his home. He was so knowledgeable and personal, he would explain things well and made learning and cooking fun and exciting. We started with amazing appetizers and prosecco as we began making our tiramisu. Once that was made we began on our main course preparing the vegetables for our sauce and then got to work on our homemade pasta. We made several kinds of pasta and learned the technique and it was awesome. Luca demonstrated and then helped us to do it ourselves. The time flew by with excellent food, conversation, and wine. Once everything was prepared we sat down for an amazing meal. It really felt comfortable and fun and Luca shared experiences and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Luca and his cooking classes. A must do when in Florence.

We all had a great time cooking with Luca. He was a great host and instructor. We can go home and make our own pasta now. It is so much easier than one could imagine. And who knew tiramisu was so easy to make. Cooking and having dinner with Luca has been one of the highlights of our trip for sure and we would recommend this experience to everyone.
