- We had such a wonderful time with Tamara and Alfredo. Their home was beautiful and they were so welcoming. We learned how to cook pasta (and how to do it when we are back home!). It truly felt like we had known them both for a long time and it is one of our favorite memories from our honeymoon. We can’t wait to go back to Florence and see them again.

- Tamara and Alfredo couldn't have been more welcoming. My daughter and I attended the tortellini bolognesi and tortelli class and we left with a wealth of knowledge, inspiration, fun, and bellies full of laughter and the most delicious food we've ever had! The authenticity of the cooking, the care, knowledge, and professionalism of both Tamara and Alfredo, mixed with their warmth and humour, made it the perfect experience. We are definitely going to try and go back for more lessons!
