My family and I have spent the past two weeks in various Italian cities and this was by far the most authentic and delicious meal we’ve had. She is a fantastic host and a lovely chef. : The experience with Pina in her home was exceptional. She truly takes care to give you a unique and personalized experience. Beginning with her home, her home is beautiful, welcoming, and you will eventually have lunch on a gorgeous little terrace with an incredible view of the city. Regarding the actual food- she lets you try these incredible spreads and vegetables that she herself has made and pickled. Then the food you cook is spectacular! She first shows you how it’s done then let’s you get hands-on with each recipe. Preparing the pasta and the gnocchi was so special for me. She teaches with patience and a smile! I was able to write down everything so I can try my hand at it at home. I loved this experience and would recommend it to everyone. She treated me like an old friend.
