With this experience you can set to work and then taste traditional dishes through simple and tasty local ingredients.

In this class we will prepare homemade piadina, paired with cold cuts, local cheeses and homemade jam. Next we will prepare a fresh pasta with seasonal sauce (crespelle, tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi, etc...). To conclude we will delve into the aromas of a fabulous apple and cinnamon cake, reminiscent of home. All will be accompanied by wine, laughter and the warmth of my family. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives can always be arranged.

I love traditional dishes, especially main courses, but I also enjoy experimenting with appetizers and sauces for first courses. My greatest passion is pastry, and I adore experimenting with new desserts, even though crostata remains my favorite dessert. I like to make my guests feel at ease in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, filled with plenty of delicious things to enjoy and lots of laughter to share.
