    Smart cooking class with a typical Lombard recipe, ravioli stuffed with sausage from Bergamo and spinach, final tasting and glass of wine.

    You'll learn all the tricks and secrets of making artful stuffed pasta in the simplest way possible. You will be welcomed into the Bergamo countryside, the centerpiece of the house my large cozy kitchen always in turmoil. I will try to pass on to you all the enthusiasm and passion I have for cooking and good food.

    Luisa welcomed us into her lovely home with everything prepared. She communicated ahead of time via text message.     7star experience. The host and her family met us and hosted a perfect evening with traditional pastamaking. She walked us through every step which was topped with a nice dinner where we were served what we had made. Highly recommended.
