And of course, country you go, custom you find: Rome has its own special dishes and every family has its own traditions. What I propose is to have fun celebrating in an unusual way, learning how to replicate a dish or just enjoying a unique dinner or lunch while privately experiencing a romantic moment! For each period: the cooking class of a recipe, appetizer and three-course menu. And at the conclusion of the celebration a small tasty surprise to complete a day of celebration!

Our Cesarina in the kitchen rediscovers family recipes, adapting and modifying them according to the rules of kasherut (the different Jewish culinary habits). "The recipes I propose are all very attentive, both to seasonality and to the choice of raw materials; I can certainly say that my cuisine combines tradition and health."
