Discover the authentic flavors of the Tuscan countryside in this cooking class on 3 traditional pasta recipes, on a farm in the shadow of the towers of San Gimignano!
The experience begins with a visit to the vineyard and winery, followed by an explanation of the wines and production methods. We will continue with a cooking class, in which you will learn how to prepare tagliatelle, ravioli and gnudi, paired with two different sauces. Finally, we will enjoy the prepared dishes together accompanied by 3 wines of our own production. In our menus we use only fresh raw materials, possibly organic and from our garden or local farms. For the little ones, it is possible to see the farm animals: donkeys, horses and goats!
