Strawberry Tiramisù
As guests arrive, I will serve a welcome drink and tell the story of the house, Praiano and culinary traditions. We will begin by preparing the dough for the pastry, which we will then let rest in the refrigerator. Next, we will prepare the tiramisu, usually with seasonal strawberries, otherwise in the classic version with coffee. We will proceed with the dough for the gnocchi, which we will serve with seasonal vegetarian sauces. After the dough rests, we will turn it into ready-made dishes and serve the second course. We will conclude with dessert. All will be accompanied with my own wine, or a local and eco-friendly homemade wine.
Sergio was an excellent host and I would recommend him to anyone to get an authentic Italian cooking experience. He welcome us into his lovely home and was a wealth of knowledge in the kitchen. The food prepared was restaurant grade and the whole experience was very engaging. Thanks Sergio!

Sergio was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we said hello until we had to unfortunately part ways at the end. His knowledge, skills, and techniques were unmatched. His love for cooking is inspiring! The view of his balcony is also breathtaking. We are sooo happy and beyond satisfied we found him.
