Welcome to our family, where you will discover secrets about the traditions of Italian and local cuisine. We will start with an appetizer prepared with the best seasonal ingredients from our garden, to guarantee you the freshest and most authentic flavors. Next, you will have a choice between preparing Ndunderi or Scialatielli, both types of pasta born on the Amalfi Coast. You will be guided step by step to create these delicious and traditional dishes.
Finally, we will end on a sweet note with the preparation of Zuppa Inglese, Mom Annamaria's recipe, a dessert loved by all of us in the family.

- Definitely a highlight of our visit to the Amalfi Coast for our family of 6! Rocco & Carla were fabulous!! We learned so much, and cooked the best meal with the freshest ingredients! Highly recommend!!
- This was the best food in Italy. Rocco and Carla were some of the nicest people I ever met. The food was amazing as well. The appetizers were amazing. The fresh pasta was the best pasta I ever had. The desert was great and very unique. Rocco and Clara had awesome stories and were so easy to talk to. They are amazing teachers and we learned a lot. I will definitely try to make these recipes again at home. The atmosphere outside on the patio was amazing and very pretty. I have no complaints, and it was worth every single cent.

- This Cooking Class was absolutely perfect. Karla is incredible. I am so impressed with her knowledge. What a blessing she is I wish I had someone like her to learn from on a daily basis. The food we prepared was simple local, and something I feel I could easily make it home for my family. Rocco is wonderful and I loved hearing about how he pressed grapes for wine as well as the process of making olive oil everything done on his land. I cannot recommend them enough for a simple, small intimate, Cooking Class and feeling as though you are really part of the local community. If you're looking for a class to learn a little bit about Italian cooking, this is the place!

For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
