My passion for cooking has been with me since childhood. Even as a child, I used to follow my mother and grandmother attentively as they prepared delicious dishes for my large family. The smell of the dishes coming out of the oven was simply intoxicating. Since then, I have never stopped experimenting and studying new recipes to delight my loved ones and friends, always relying on my faithful oven. I am here to show you how quick and easy it is to prepare vegetable dishes, pasta and more with just a few simple steps. I have several suggestions: we can opt for a vegetarian menu or customize it with the addition of meats, just contact me to make arrangements!

- Aurora ,Carmelita and Zoey were all amazing hosts . The cooking classes we attended was one of the best I have been too. This was a wonderful experience. Aurora is an authentic Italian chef who is so personable and attentive to everyone. We had a group of six that made a great Italian meal. What an experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you Aurora , Carmelita and Zoey for making us feel at home.
- Aurora's cooking class and dinner was truly the highlight of our trip to Verona. She is such a warm, thoughtful host with great knowledge of cooking. She taught us how to make tiramisu, egg pasta and gnocchi! It was such a fun experience and I learned so much about Italian cooking and techniques. I highly recommend this experience - it is so thoughtfully curated and Aurora is excellent!
- Highly recommend!! Aurora was the best teacher! She was patient, so much fun, and a wealth of knowledge. She would not only teach you her methods, but also why you do things and how to modify to your taste. We were a party ranging from a 10 year old to experienced cooks and everyone learned and had a blast. She made us feel like family and made us feel so welcome in her very lovely home. The lesson was hands on and the food was so delicious! Everything we had hoped for and more. Definitely definitely take a class from her. It will be the highlight of your trip!

From the moment she welcomed us into her home, we felt like guests, not tourists. We made fresh tagliatelle, gnocchi, and tiramisu from scratch, and our daughter loved every step—it was one of her favorite memories of the trip. Aurora is a warm, patient, knowledgeable teacher who generously shares her family recipes and cooking tips. The best part was spending an afternoon in a real Italian home. Aurora shared stories about life in Verona, and we felt completely at ease. We learned a lot, laughed, and enjoyed an incredible meal together. We left with full stomachs, great memories, and delicious recipes we’ll use for years. Highly recommend this authentic Verona experience.
- fantastic cooking experience with Aurora! what a lovely lady full of energy and passion for cooking. she has a beautiful home which we she welcomed our family into as if we were her family. We made some great gnocchi and eggplant lasagne and fritters. it was so much fun and so glad we did it. Aurora is a great host and very welcoming and hospitable. thank you!!
