My passion for cooking has been with me since childhood. Even as a child, I used to follow my mother and grandmother attentively as they prepared delicious dishes for my large family. The smell of the dishes coming out of the oven was simply intoxicating. Since then, I have never stopped experimenting and studying new recipes to delight my loved ones and friends, always relying on my faithful oven. I am here to show you how quick and easy it is to prepare vegetable dishes, pasta and more with just a few simple steps. I have several suggestions: we can opt for a vegetarian menu or customize it with the addition of meats, just contact me to make arrangements!

- fantastic cooking experience with Aurora! what a lovely lady full of energy and passion for cooking. she has a beautiful home which we she welcomed our family into as if we were her family. We made some great gnocchi and eggplant lasagne and fritters. it was so much fun and so glad we did it. Aurora is a great host and very welcoming and hospitable. thank you!!
- Five girlfriends met Chef Aurora with her assistant (interpreter) at her home. They are so delightful and one of the highlights of our trip!! We all put on our cute aprons and started making ravioli! We all sat down together on her patio to eat and have some prosecco! Aurira had a delightful surprise dessert which was delicious!!! Wonderful memories were made! Thank you Aurora for welcoming us into your home! ❤️❤️❤️

- A very fun evening making pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu
- We were greeted by the friendliest person, Chef Aurora. She invited my wife and I into her home and this was a great start to our day. Highly recommended to take her cooking course. We learned how to make 3 dishes and Tiramisu. What an experience ❤️❤️. Although she spoke little English🇨🇦, we had a great experience. Her friend Carlotta showed up and was the English translator-so much fun. If you are looking for something to do or a new experience, this is it❤️👍🏻. CANADA
