Cooking class with Cesarina Monica

The passion for cooking has been passed down to me by the women in my family. We cook with love. My curiosity has driven me to learn about the history of traditional Sicilian dishes and beyond, because wherever I am in the world, I seek to discover local recipes and their stories. I consider myself fortunate to be from Palermo because in Sicily, there is a good production of quality food and wine products, and our cuisine is never boring. I enjoy cooking and storytelling.
