I will show you how to make Spritz and delicious simple bruschetta that you can replicate at home with your friends. He will not fail to prepare potato gnocchi, a typical pasta of the city to pay homage to the tradition of "Papa del Gnoco." Among the desserts, there will be no shortage of the classic Tiramisu, and together we will prepare Russian cake, a romantic dessert that, according to legend, was born out of love.

From the very beginning, Aurora warmly welcomed us into her home and immediately created a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Even though there were language barriers, we communicated wonderfully with Google Translate and hand gestures. Aurora was incredibly well-prepared: there were delicious snacks and drinks, and she guided us step by step through making traditional pasta and a delicious tiramisu. She explained everything so well that we felt confident and well taken care of throughout the class. The evening ended with a lovely meal together, great conversation, and even thoughtful gifts from her. It was an educational, intimate, and truly beautiful evening that we highly recommend to anyone.
