I will be happy to host you in my home where we will not only cook while enjoying the view of Florence but also taste our dishes that we will create together.
I will offer you a cooking class with three recipes (appetizer, fresh pasta dish and dessert) and amidst chatter and laughter I will tell you about the family origin of my recipes and the secrets of executing them just as my mother and grandmother did.

- I had a really great cooking class together with Cecilia in her beautiful home in Firenze. We made very delicious pici with sausage and tomato sauce and Cecilia’s own bracioline rifatte. I am looking forward to visit Firenze and Cecilia again in the near future!
- AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Cecilia was so inviting and such a good teacher! Her home was lovely and the view out of her windows was spectacular! This class was the best part of our trip to Florence. We made spinach and ricotta ravioli, fettuccini in a butter and sage sauce and we made tiramisu. We already told our family back home that we can’t wait to come home and cook fresh pasta and tiramisu for them! We HIGHLY recommend Cecilia. 😊
- Cecilia was a great host and teacher. She is very nice and welcoming. It was very fun to make the pasta and tiramisu. She also prepared some focaccia and gave us some wine! The lesson was very informative and interesting.
- My fiancé and I had the most incredible experience taking a home cooking class with Cecilia while on vacation in Italy. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely welcome in her home. She walked us through every step of making fresh ravioli from scratch and showed us how to prepare authentic tiramisu. Cecilia was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about sharing her love of Italian cooking. What made it even more special was the warm, relaxed atmosphere—laughing, learning, and enjoying amazing food together. It ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip thus far. We left not only with full stomachs, but with new skills and memories we'll always associate with Italy. If you have the chance to take a class with Cecilia, don't hesitate. It's an experience you won't forget!
- This was truly a wonderful experience. My husband and two teenage girls could not wait for this experience while visiting Italy. Cecilia really made it more than we expected. She was kind and welcoming. We learned a lot about pasta making and she even shared some of her secrets. The bruschetta tasted amazing with her family oil and the dinner was so delicious, we are excited to re create at home. Cecilia made this time with her so enjoyable that my family wanted to go back to her warm home again for another meal. I would highly recommend a pasta class with Cecilia.
