Homemade tagliatelle with creamy lemon sauce Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and lemon with a fresh sauce chosen on the spot Lemon tiramisu, the Italian dessert par excellence, revisited. You will be the one to create these delicious dishes. Buon appetito!

- Rubina and Valeria are the Best !!!! I loved how interactive and fun they made this cooking class for all of us. They showed us the authentic way Italians cook. Plus the view was incredible. In 3 hours so they made us feel like family as if I had known them forever !!!!

We always use fresh, local products, preferably at km 0. We focus on typical appetizers and first courses, bringing the authentic flavors of our land to the table, and we accompany them with local desserts and homemade liqueurs, for a culinary experience that tells the story and culture of the coast.
