Homemade tagliatelle with creamy lemon sauce Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and lemon with a fresh sauce chosen on the spot Lemon tiramisu, the Italian dessert par excellence, revisited. You will be the one to create these delicious dishes. Buon appetito!

This cooking class was amazing! It was very wholesome and intimate — the food was also so yummy! I highly recommend booking this cooking class if you are looking for an exclusive experience to learn the foundations of pasta making with a beautiful view of the city. Rubina and Valeria were so kind and welcoming — they made the experience so personable and worthwhile. They had the kindest souls and created such a luxurious environment. I will be telling everyone about this cooking class!

Our cooking class in Positano was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. From the moment we arrived, Valeria and Rubina welcomed us with such genuine warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm. They made everyone feel at home and created such a fun, relaxed, and authentic atmosphere. Learning to make fresh pasta from scratch was an incredible experience, and the food we enjoyed afterwards was absolutely exceptional. Everything was delicious, the Prosecco flowed generously, and the breathtaking views overlooking Positano made the setting feel almost magical. What made the day even more special was that we got engaged later that evening. Spending the hours leading up to such an important moment in such a beautiful place, surrounded by wonderful people, amazing food, and spectacular scenery, made the whole day incredibly romantic and one we’ll cherish forever. A heartfelt thank you to Valeria and Rubina for being such amazing hosts and for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast, this experience is an absolute must. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!

We took a class with Rubina and Valeria to make Pasta, Bruschetta, and Tiramisu, and had the most perfect experience. Firstly, the views from the home in Positano has an outstanding view - possibly the best we had in our whole stay. The cooking class overlooks the whole town as well as the sea and it was hard to not spend the whole time admiring the view! The class itself was also a very fun and engaging experience - Rubina is an expert in her craft and kept us busy the whole time - whether it be with making the pasta, refreshments with snacks and prosecco, or enjoying our wonderful meal. We truly felt as if we had a personal cooking class with local and really enjoyed Rubina’s friendliness and thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend this class to anyone in Positano - I would consider this the highlight of our entire Italy trip.

Our cooking is a tribute to the tradition of the Amalfi and Sorrento coast. We always use fresh, local products, preferably at km 0. We focus on typical appetizers and first courses, bringing the authentic flavors of our land to the table, and we accompany them with local desserts and homemade liqueurs, for a culinary experience that tells the story and culture of the coast.
