In this magical setting, as your Cesarina, I invite you to savor the delights of Trentino: delicious, authentic dishes based on traditional recipes and local products. I am excited to offer an exclusive cooking class where we will prepare bruschette with local specialties, Schlutzkrapfen – ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta – and apple cake. My class is not just a recipe demonstration; it is a journey into the heart of Trentino’s culinary tradition.

- We had a truly wonderful evening with Costanza and Paolo. From the very beginning, they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made the entire experience special. Throughout the evening, we not only enjoyed fantastic food but also learned a lot, shared meaningful stories, and connected in a very genuine way. Cooking together and creating such a delicious dinner as a group made the experience even more memorable and unique. We are very grateful for this special evening, the inspiring conversations, and the opportunity to share such a beautiful experience together. We highly recommend this event to anyone who values a lovely evening, outstanding food, and great company.
- It was truly lovely and engaging to have this cooking experience together with Costanza. With her, we learned to make tortelloni and a particular filled roll, a recipe she was very attached to as a child, finishing with a delicious tiramisu. After the experience, we shared dinner with Costanza and her husband Paolo; being in their company was enlightening and extremely pleasant. We recommend this experience even to Italians who want to challenge themselves in the kitchen 😊. Heartfelt thanks to Costanza and Paolo for their hospitality!
- We had an amazing cooking class with Costanza and Paolo! The recipes were delicious, their home was beautiful, and they were fabulous hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed their ability to balance having fun cooking and having fun eating/conversing. We are so glad we booked this last-minute experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested.
- We wee 6 and we learned how to prepare brusketa, spinach raviolis and apple tart, Constance explained in Italian and Paulo , the man of the big word translated. We had a wonderful time .
- Costanza and Paolo were excellent instructors in our cooking class! We enjoyed leaning to make all three dishes and being able to enjoy our creations with them at a beautifully set table was a once in a lifetime experience! They were the perfect hosts and we thank them for sharing their beautiful home.

On the top floor of the villa, you will find a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with exposed beams, in a charming attic. During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio. In this magical atmosphere, I let you savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
