With great enthusiasm I invite you to my home, a cozy place where, in addition to admiring the beautiful view of Florence, we will have the opportunity to cook and taste the delicacies we will prepare together. Together we will create an exclusive cooking class in which we will put our hands on three special recipes: an inviting appetizer, a fresh pasta dish expressing authentic tradition, and an irresistible dessert. In a friendly and lighthearted atmosphere, between laughs, I will tell you the family stories behind my recipes, born from the cooking habits of mother and grandmother. I will reveal the tricks of the trade for making them to perfection, so you will feel as if you are always with me in the kitchen.

- We have pondered for hours and hours how perfectly to describe our magnificent cooking class with Chef Cecilia. I’m so afraid I can’t give it the justice it deserves. Cecilia was inviting and embraced us as if we had known each other a life time. Until you have had our experience you couldn’t possibly understand the intriguing relaxed, confident approach provided by Chef Cecilia. The same feeling of confidence we embraced as she made us feel so comfortable. I strongly suggest you look no further than her class. Cecilia was very approachable, demonstrating her technique and knowledge of cooking tips we will remember and use forever. A trip to the fresh outdoor market was such an exhilarating experience. I’ve never seen such beautiful produce, cheeses and meats. The menu was perfect. We have enjoyed in the past making pasta but often frustrated with a few ups and downs in making the pasta noddles. Cecilia addressed and shared the optimal solution to making the perfect pasta. The Tiramisu, my favorite dessert. I have never made one as I was literally afraid I couldn’t do it. Mike never cared for it but loves it now. My fear stepped aside and now I feel like a pro. We are expecting dinner guest soon and Cecilia has giving me a great menu to prepare with such authentic Italian flare.

First, she’s warm and inviting to her home, but her passion and enthusiasm in sharing her family recipes and techniques made us feel like life-long friends.
