I like to share little culinary secrets knowing new flavors and experimenting without ever losing the flavors of my Apulia. I dabble with different types of fresh pasta : sfoglia bolognese,ravioli,tortellini,plin,tagliatelle,trofie,capunti,cavatelli,orecchiette,stuffed pappardelle,stuffed pasta roses,pici. I also cook several main courses such as peposo dell'Impruneta one of my many highlights, and then desserts (spooned and not only), I have a passion for the Christmas ones where the scent of cinnamon warms the heart! What about leavened goods then..who can resist the smell of freshly baked bread or a nice focaccia! My curiosity also drives me to other nations : spring rolls,beef or pork curry,sweet and sour sauce ,paella,churros,goulash..cooking is a gesture of love
