Welcome to pastamania, an experience that goes beyond just a cooking class. Not only will you learn how to make homemade pasta and other delicious recipes, but you will become part of my family, welcomed as an old friend.

I will open the doors to my home, nestled in the hills of the Tuscan Chianti region, where together we will discover the secrets of traditional cooking. During the warm season, we will cook under the patio, surrounded by nature, and taste the dishes you will have created with your own hands: tagliatelle, ravioli, agnolotti, gnocchi and much more.

But it doesn't end there: a time of celebration awaits you as well, with dancing, singing and lots of laughter. I look forward to sharing the warmth of this unique experience with you.
