Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Welcome to an experience that goes beyond just a cooking class. Not only will you learn how to prepare fresh pasta and traditional recipes, but you will be welcomed as one of the family, in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
I will open the doors of my home to you, among the hills of Tuscan Chianti, where we will discover together the secrets of cooking made with love. In spring and summer we will cook under the patio, surrounded by nature, preparing tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, agnolotti and much more. And at the end, a special moment awaits us: music, singing, dancing and lots of laughter. A genuine experience of flavors, emotions and sharing. I look forward to experiencing all this with you.

- We had so much fun cooking with Bina and Massimo! My husband, myself and my 3 children (ages, 10, 8 and 4) showed up to our pasta-making class sopping wet after having been caught outside in a rainstorm. Bina warmly welcomed us and dried us off and gave me a warm housecoat to cover myself up with. We cooked, we danced, we listened to music, we ate the most delicious food that we prepared. We ate all together family style and then Massimo made us donuts! We took home leftovers that I heated the next day in our Airbnb. We had the loveliest time with the loveliest people with the loveliest view. I highly recommend this experience with Bina!

- Absolutely fantastic afternoon/evening at Bina and Massimo’s lovely house. Amazing cooking class, lots of different fresh pasta, wonderful music and surroundings. We felt SO welcome and would strongly recommend this👩🏼🍳🇩🇰👩🏻🍳🇮🇹
- Seven friends. One unforgettable evening in Tuscany. We came to Bina’s cooking class as a mix of seasoned home chefs, passionate bakers, and takeout queens — and somehow, she managed to meet each of us exactly where we were. Set against a dreamy backdrop of vineyards and the open Tuscan sky, her kitchen felt more like a vibrant art studio filled with color, warmth, and laughter. From the moment we arrived, greeted with local wine and heartfelt smiles, the experience felt both welcoming and elevated. We started with pasta dough from scratch — a hands-on lesson layered with laughs and techniques we’ll be using for years. While the dough rested, we turned to focaccia, loading it with fresh local ingredients while Bina’s husband, a master baker in his own right, played the perfect sous chef and host. Then came the tiramisu — rich, indulgent, and surprisingly easy to recreate. A little dancing, some wine, a taste (or three) of our freshly baked focaccia, and then it was time to shape our pasta. Bina didn’t just teach us how to cook — she invited us to play, create, and enjoy. My tortellini may have looked more abstract than elegant, but we all felt like artists in the process. We ended the night with a long, laughter-filled dinner under the Tuscan sunset, savoring the dishes we had made and the memories we’d just created. If you’re looking for more than a cooking class — something soulful, joyful, and rooted in Italian hospitality — this is it.
