I invite you to the heart of Florence's historic center to share together an extraordinary culinary experience, a cooking course that awakens the scents of Italy and brings Florentine traditional recipes back to life. We start with hunter's style chicken, a robust and savory dish that smells of woods and adventures. We then move on to fresh pasta, entirely handmade as it once was, topped with a sauce of seasonal vegetables, fresh and organic, which narrate the rhythm of nature. And to end in beauty, we will prepare together seadas, a typical dessert from Sardinia. I am waiting for you in my kitchen, ready for a journey into the flavors and scents of Italy?

- Chef Francesca is the best! We made tagliatelle with a delicious sauce, lemon and ricotta ravioli and tiramisu. She showed us every step of the way and the final result was one of the most delicious pasta nights we have had. In addition to that, she was extremely welcoming and hospitable and we consider her (and Boh!) our friend for life now! Thank you Francesca!!

We made three dishes, and she was really flexible in our ingredient use and how we approached the lesson. She has a genuine passion and excitement for cooking that shines through. Being with her was energising and when I am next back in Florence I will definitely book in with her!
