    Let's cook the traditional Florentine steak together! My husband Alessandro and I are excited to guide you in preparing the famous Florentine steak. We’ll start with a visit to our trusted butcher to select the perfect cut. Once we’re back home, we’ll get cooking, preparing the steak along with the traditional side dishes: roasted potatoes and beans “al fiasco.” The meal will be complemented by an excellent local wine and our homemade Tuscan bread, made without salt, as tradition dictates. If there are children or specific preferences, we can adjust the menu to include a first course or an alternative to the steak, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the experience.

    We can't wait to share the authentic flavors of Tuscany with you!

    10/10 would recommend - Valeria was warm, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as soon as I got to her home. We learned how to make 3 courses, and I felt like my experience was personal, confident building and authentic. Our conversation was genuine, fun and meaningful. I’m so glad I booked this class and I can’t wait to try making pasta for my friends at home. She kindly gave me some of her homemade tomato sauce to take away and try too.     Ciao! mi chiamo Valeria e sin da bambina ho avuto le mani in pasta. Mia nonna mi ha tramandato la passione per la pasta fresca e mia mamma quello per il pane e i dolci. Adesso la cucina è il mio modo di prendermi cura della mia famiglia ed è la fusione tra le mie tradizioni e tecniche più moderne. Insieme potremo preparare piatti della cucina italiana come ragù, lasagne, gnocchi, pasta fresca, focaccia, pizza, pane, biscotti, tiramisù, crostate. Vi aspetto!
