Tamara and Alfredo's cooking show is an opportunity to choose whether to prepare Pappardelle, Tagliatelle, and Tiramisu with us or simply watch how they are made. At the end of the course, we will taste the dishes accompanied by an excellent glass of Tuscan DOCG wine. We will reveal the secrets of making pasta at home and experiencing the incredible satisfaction of tasting a plate of pasta you have made yourself. An exquisite and interesting experience.

- Today we spent a simply wonderful afternoon with Tamara and Alfredo. They are two incredibly warm, attentive, and genuine hosts: from the first moment we felt truly welcome. We participated in a cooking class to make homemade pappardelle and tagliatelle, and not only did we learn the secrets of Italian pasta – probably the best in the world – but we also enjoyed a truly exceptional creamy tomato sauce and a special, unique and delicious pesto. The whole thing was crowned with a simply fantastic tiramisu. It was a real pleasure to learn from them, cook together and share an authentic moment of Italian life. You can feel their passion, generosity and love for cooking and hospitality. Thank you from the heart, Tamara and Alfredo, for this special experience. We highly recommend it!
