Hello, welcome to my home! I'm Joëlle, and I've always loved traditional Italian cuisine. I live in Livorno, Tuscany, and in my summer cooking class, I'll teach you how to prepare two reimagined Tuscan specialties and, finally, a strawberry tiramisu. I'll show you the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from dough preparation to cooking. I'll guide you step by step through preparing the pasta sauce and creating the tomato pappa; plus, I'll teach you how to choose the right ingredients for a perfect result. At the end of the lesson, we'll sit down together at the table to enjoy the dishes we've prepared, along with a bottle of Tuscan wine. I'm happy to share my passion and knowledge of cooking with you.
