Then we will get our hands in the pasta to prepare together fresh tagliatelle with a flavorful seasonal sauce and stuffed tortelli, which will vary between pumpkin, radicchio or other fresh vegetables depending on the season. To end on a sweet note, you can choose between crunchy sbrisolona served with a velvety cream or a classic tiramisu. A journey into the flavors of tradition, to be experienced and enjoyed together.
