I am a passionate home cook and I love preparing traditional Italian dishes. From fresh pasta, both filled and unfilled, to lasagna, meat and seafood sauces, and savory vegetable pies, every recipe is an opportunity for me to share authentic flavors and moments of conviviality.My true passion, however, is risotto. I love preparing it and experimenting with new combinations, alternating between traditional recipes and creative interpretations, always with great attention to the quality and seasonality of the ingredients.
