A memorable and precious experience for our family with the wonderful master chef, Giovanna P. She was an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Our Son was excited the most with this class. He jumped in any chance he got to make delicious tortellini and Tiramisu under the guidance of Giovanna. We will forever cherish this beautiful experience. Thank you Giovanna and her lovely translator.

My girlfriend and I recently attended a private pasta and tiramisu course with Giovanna in Italy, and it was absolutely fantastic! We had the pleasure of learning how to make two different types of pasta and the most delicious tiramisu. Giovanna was an incredible instructor—patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian cuisine. She made the whole experience fun and engaging. The hands-on approach allowed us to really get involved and understand the techniques and history behind each dish. On top of that, she hosted us in her beautiful historic apartment from the 1700s, which was a special experience that felt warm and welcoming. The pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the tiramisu was simply the best we've ever had. Giovanna also provided us with great tips and recipes to take home, so we can recreate these amazing dishes in our own kitchen. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Italy. Thank you, Giovanna, for an amazing day filled with delicious food and wonderful memories!

Giovanna welcomed us in her beautiful home near the city centre of Bologna. She prepared a beautiful spread of appetizers with prosecco and made us feel right at home. She taught us how to make two different types of stuffed pasta, ravioli and balanzoni, and also tiramisu. She had a wonderful translator that helped answering all of our questions. Giovanna was patient, kind, ane welcoming, and has plenty of experience as she used to own a restaurant! We learned so much in 3 hours and had the most delicious dinner paired with great wine. It was an intimate setting and we got a lot of hands-on experience with preparation of the dishes. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to learn how to make delicious pasta! Thank you Giovanna for a wonderful experience.

Our family of four had an amazing experience with Giovanna! She welcomed us into her home with open arms and is an incredible chef. Although Giovanna doesn't speak English, her neighbor Lucy was there to translate, and she was also wonderful and very sweet. The experience felt authentic and personal, definitely a highlight of our trip. My husband is vegan, and Giovanna accommodated him with a delicious tofu tortellini in a fresh tomato sauce, which he and our kids loved. If you love food and want to immerse yourself in Italian culture, this experience is a must!
