Pranzi e Cene: siediti a tavola e goditi un'autentica esperienza culinaria a casa di una Cesarina locale
A Firenze, tra il XV e il XVII secolo, durante la dinastia della famiglia dei Medici, il giorno di San Lorenzo venivano accesi dei grandi falò utilizzati principalmente per cuocere grandi quantità di carne bovina, distribuita gratuitamente alla popolazione locale.
Si narra che a un banchetto fossero presenti anche alcuni cavalieri inglesi che, dopo aver degustato la carne, cominciarono a chiamarla con quello che tutt’oggi è la sua denominazione anglosassone: "beef steak", che in italiano divenne bistecca (di manzo).
Potrai immergerti in un pranzo, o una cena, tipica di una domenica fiorentina: antipasto tipico, primo a sorpresa, bistecca con contorno di fagioli o patate arrosto e insalata di radicchio. Concluderemo il tutto con i classici cantuccini e vin santo.

- Donatella was an amazing host! We have a large family with 4 kids between 13 and 3, and she made us feel so welcome in her home. When my 3 year old starting getting bored, she gave him tasks to do to keep him occupied. The class itself was so much fun. We loved the authenticity of learning in her home, and the final results were absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our trip for sure and I highly recommend Donatella
