- Fabulous host and family experience!
- Cooking and dining with Cecelia was the highlight of our family’s trip to Italy. To be invited into her kitchen and learn to make ravioli and tiramisu was a treat. Cecelia is a warm and welcoming host and teacher and to enjoy our own handiwork over a bottle of Chianti while overlooking Florence was unforgettable. This is a perfect way to spend a night in Italy.
- Our evening with Cecelia was a highlight of our trip. To be invited into her kitchen and learn how to successfully make the most wonderful ravioli and tiramisu was so special. And then to enjoy our meal with a nice Chianti in her dining room overlooking Florence made for an unforgettable evening. Cecelia is an absolute gem and we will always treasure this family experience.
- Cecilia was the sweetest host! How fabulous she gets to have people come to her home to learn how to make the best egg pasta. The views from her window were amazing too. I loved learning all the secrets to making the best pasta.
- My husband and I came to Italy for our honeymoon and really wanted to try a cooking class while we were here. We cannot recommend this experience with Cecilia enough! Immediately upon arriving Cecilia was welcoming and warm. We made tiramisu and homemade ravioli, which were both incredible. Neither of us had ever made pasta before, so she as careful to explain the technique, demonstrate, and then guide us in doing it on our own. She even showed us how to make some other pasta shapes! She also offered us some pecorino cheese with her homemade fig jam, which was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed dinner in her dining room with a bottle of Chianti wine and chatted over dinner, while she gave us some tips on great local spots and other helpful information for the rest of our trip. If you will be in Florence, this cooking class with Cecilia is a must do!!! Although our honeymoon is not done yet, I can confidently say that this will be one of the highlights of our trip.

Cecilia’s is a simple, but unquestionably tasty cuisine: “I like inviting friends home, without any formalities, offering them the best I can”.
