Cooking class, get your hands in the dough!

Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by an Italian aperitivo and lunch or dinner with the dishes prepared during the class

Come get hands-on and cook with me at a real cooking school in Lecce, where you will become a chef for a day.

We will start with an aperitif to get to know each other better. Then, we will prepare fresh pasta together and two traditional Italian dishes, also available in vegetarian versions: fresh handmade spaghettoni with cacio e pepe and classic carbonara (with vegetarian option that includes zucchini). To end on a sweet note, we will make delicious single-portion tiramisu together. We will toast our meeting with an excellent wine and taste together the dishes we have prepared.
