My passion for cooking has been with me since childhood. Even as a child, I used to follow my mother and grandmother attentively as they prepared delicious dishes for my large family. The smell of the dishes coming out of the oven was simply intoxicating. Since then, I have never stopped experimenting and studying new recipes to delight my loved ones and friends, always relying on my faithful oven. I am here to show you how quick and easy it is to prepare vegetable dishes, pasta and more with just a few simple steps. I have several suggestions: we can opt for a vegetarian menu or customize it with the addition of meats, just contact me to make arrangements!

: A warm, inviting, and knowledgeable teacher. The delicious food speaks for itself! Along with her translator, Aurora delivers a truly once in a lifetime experience, and the lessons learned about cooking will be taken home for long after the vacation is over.
: This experience cannot be better described than with the word "wonderful". We arrived at a beautiful house where we met the sweetest kindest host Aurora. She organised a friend to translate for us and then the fun started. We had welcome snacks and drinks all home made an a lot of ingredients was fresh out of Aurora's garden. We learned a lot but most importantly also had a lot of fun we will forever cherish this beautiful memory and would recommend it to anyone!
: I booked this class to help celebrate my 40th birthday. I love cooking & I thought it would be an enjoyable day for my husband & 11 year old son too! It ended up being one of the greatest experiences I had in Italy- & I had many! Aurora welcomed us into her beautiful home, & showed so much kindness. We felt like family, rather than customers! : Aurora was amazing! Wonderful food and Wonderful Company! My mom and I really enjoyed ourselves. The recipes were engaging and easy to follow. My mom yold me when she gets home she is going to make fresh pasta and tiramisu every day! I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Verona.
