My passion for cooking has been with me since childhood. Even as a child, I used to follow my mother and grandmother attentively as they prepared delicious dishes for my large family. The smell of the dishes coming out of the oven was simply intoxicating. Since then, I have never stopped experimenting and studying new recipes to delight my loved ones and friends, always relying on my faithful oven. I am here to show you how quick and easy it is to prepare vegetable dishes, pasta and more with just a few simple steps. I have several suggestions: we can opt for a vegetarian menu or customize it with the addition of meats, just contact me to make arrangements!

- We had a wonderful cooking class with Aurora! She was an absolutely fantastic teacher – warm, patient, friendly and very professional. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Our group of seven had a fantastic time cooking together. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, and we learned a lot while having plenty of laughs along the way. The food we prepared was delicious, and it was wonderful to enjoy our meal together afterwards. Aurora created a perfect balance between teaching, cooking and having a great time. We would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants to experience Italian food and culture in a fun and authentic way. Thank you, Aurora, for such a memorable day! 🤗
- We had a wonderful and truly memorable experience with Aurora in early October. She welcomed us into her beautiful home and made us feel like honored guests from the moment we arrived. Together, we prepared three delicious traditional dishes: pumpkin risotto, polenta, and sbrisolona. Aurora was warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming. She patiently explained every step and encouraged us to participate throughout the cooking process. She also gave us a lovely tour of her home, which made the experience feel even more personal and authentic. An interpreter was available and did an excellent job of making everything easy to understand, so we were able to fully enjoy the cooking and conversation. Afterward, we sat outside and enjoyed the wonderful meal we had prepared together. Everything was absolutely delicious! What made this experience so special was not only the food, but Aurora’s warmth, generosity, and genuine hospitality. It was so much more than a cooking class—it was an opportunity to experience Italian food and culture in a beautiful, welcoming home. We would highly recommend this Cesarine experience and Aurora to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable Italian experience.

A lovely human being with so much love, candor, and a true passion for cooking and for Italy 🇮🇹. She made us feel more than welcome in her home, and introduced us to some of her most special recipes, while at the same time making sure we enjoyed every moment of the day with her ♥️. She explained her recipes, her methodology for cooking, and how she uses all sorts of fresh ingredients from her home grown garden which is amazing 🤩! Aurora is truly a master in the kitchen but her food goes beyond cooking 🧑🍳 since she pours her heart and soul into her dishes which were simply exquisite 😍. I highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to the north of Italy even if not staying in Verona like us, since it us a short daytrip from Milan or Venice and will be the highlight of your trip I assure you!
