Welcome to our family, where you will discover secrets about the traditions of Italian and local cuisine. We will start with an appetizer prepared with the best seasonal ingredients from our garden, to guarantee you the freshest and most authentic flavors. Next, you will have a choice between preparing Ndunderi or Scialatielli, both types of pasta born on the Amalfi Coast. You will be guided step by step to create these delicious and traditional dishes.
Finally, we will end on a sweet note with the preparation of Zuppa Inglese, Mom Annamaria's recipe, a dessert loved by all of us in the family.

- My sister and I had such a great time in the cooking class. I learn a lot about making pasta and we had so much fun doing it with 2 other couples. I would highly recommend if you are in the Praiano area. They are truly a beautiful family.

- Rocco e Carla were awesome hosts!! It was so fun getting to know them and learning how to cook pasta. I felt like we were learning how to cook pasta in one of my friends kitchens. The vibe was peaceful and laid back. The view and homemade wine were add bonus! I would highly recommend booking with them.
- Unforgettable experience! An unpretentious and humble couple welcome you into their home space, 8 generations have lived here! The pasta making experience was so interesting. I learned a lot. And also love all the homemade goodies! Cheese, wines, clementine liqueur..wow! I am grateful for this experience. Don't miss out. 3 hours well spent in paradise, Praiano. The walk alone to the meeting point is gorgoeus!

Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
