We will cook together the most authentic dishes of the Tuscan tradition, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
You will learn how to make fresh pasta and gnocchi following the old rules of traditional cooking, using only manual tools, just like our grandmothers did. During the lesson, I will guide you step by step, turning simple gestures into a fun and convivial experience. At the end, we will taste the dishes you have prepared with your own hands, accompanied by a bottle of fine local wine. It will be a special occasion to discover the genuine flavors of Tuscany and enjoy an unforgettable moment. I look forward to seeing you!

- Probably the best cooking class I’ve followed! Sadly enough still did not receive any recipes..
- My husband and I had a fantastic time cooking with Silvia and learning about the Italian cuisine. Would highly recommend her cooking class!
- Our experience with Silvia was wonderful! The side trip to the market was a nice feature. She even let us help with the preparation, and the food was delicious. My only comment, which has nothing to do with Silvia, is that Cesarine should take out the part that says participants will receive a shopping bag and apron. We did not, and someone else might be expecting such.

- Silvia was fantastic! Her location was easy to find in Lucca. Very nice and clean setup.. Silvia is very knowledgeable and experienced cook. She shared many tips and great recipes. It was a fun time cooking with Silvia and other guests. Of course the food we made was very delicious!
