Join me at my place for an evening that's a little different from the usual — an experience filled with good food and good company! Recipe calendar (starts at 7:30 pm) : – 22/10: bruschette – 19/11: homemade ravioli
We’ll prepare a traditional recipe together — perfect for a night spent in great company — and you’ll learn how to make it step by step, along with all its secrets. After the class, we’ll taste the dish we've made and celebrate with a glass of good wine. The experience will be confirmed once we reach 4 participants. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of serious allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Cesarina from 2024Location: Lucca Languages: Italian and EnglishI prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
