In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!
With this experience, I wish to collaborate with you to create something unique.
We will explore doughs, both for fresh dough and for making excellent breads and pizzas, both crispy and soft. Together, we will discover the tricks and secrets to perfect doughs and yeast products. Despite my intolerance to gluten for some years now, I have also perfected the art of working with gluten-free flours, but I can handle traditional flours with ease as well. So, let yours and my imagination run free, all accompanied by a breathtaking view of the Alps.
