Rosanna
Cesarina from 2018Location: Turin Languages: English, Italian, FrenchI’m Rosanna, and I welcome you to my late nineteenth-century home in San Salvario, a vibrant neighborhood in the heart of Turin, just minutes from Porta Nuova train station and near Parco del Valentino. The area is lively both day and night, thanks to the bustling local market during the day and the wide selection of bars, cafés, and restaurants open in the evening. Alongside serving delicious food, I love paying close attention to the table setting — choosing the perfect tablecloth, dishes, and glasses carefully matched to the wine I’m serving. My passion for cooking started very early, fueled by curiosity and a deep appreciation for culinary traditions and quality ingredients. Over the years, I’ve experimented with many dishes from Piedmontese cuisine and beyond, and some have even become my signature plates.
