Do you want to discover the secrets of carbonara and cook with me in a real cooking school in Lecce, where you will become Chef for a day.
We will start with an aperitif to get to know each other better. Then, we'll prepare fresh pasta and two traditional Italian dishes together, also available in a vegetarian version: fresh handmade spaghettoni with cacio e pepe and classic carbonara (with a vegetarian option that includes zucchini). To end on a sweet note, we will make delicious single-portion tiramisu together. We will toast our meeting with an excellent wine and taste together the dishes we have prepared.
