I am Enrico and I have always cultivated a great passion for cooking. Although I have taken a different career path over the years, my love for the culinary art has never left me. Together with my husband Flavio, we would like to delight you for the beginning of spring with a carefully prepared sempilce and vegan menu, I propose homemade tagliatelle made of cornmeal topped with a fresh tomato and basil sauce a sampling of appetizers such as crostini with chickpea ummus and roasted hazelnuts from the Langhe , bagnetto al verde with sun-dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes macerated with mint, chickpea meatballs on a bed of caramelized red onion compote and radicchio, green bean salad, baked apple fritters, all accompanied by a glass of Arneis.
