Renata’s farm house is immersed in the vineyards of the Val di Sieve, in the village of Pontassieve.
Renata is a passionate cook: she prepares dishes with ingredients from her farm, strictly organic. Her recipes follow the Tuscan tradition, with vegetarian and vegan influences.
