Te invito a una auténtica experiencia culinaria, en la que cocinaremos juntos los platos típicos de la cocina boloñesa.

Para empezar, prepararemos tortelloni rellenos de ricotta y perejil, aderezados con deliciosa mantequilla derretida y hojas de salvia. A continuación, haremos tagliatelle caseras y las extenderemos con el rodillo, que serviremos con una rica salsa boloñesa de salchicha. Por último, terminaremos con un postre tradicional: el tiramisú.

Annamaria was a wonderful teacher and host. Her preparation was faultless, her instructions were clear and as a result we produced two great pastas and a delicious tiramisu. The class was held on her balcony with a wonderful view over Bologna. After the food prep, we enjoyed And aperitivo then sat down to dinner with Annamaria and her husband as if we were old friends. They were so very welcoming and overall it was a fantastic experience. A highlight of our time in Bologna.

Annamarie was an excellent host and superior cook. We were 2 couples who enjoy making fresh pasta and bolognese. Annamarie and her husband welcomed us into their home in Bologna and they were warm and inviting. We enjoyed dining on the tagliatelle and bolognese we prepared along with great conversation and local wines. I would strongly recommend this cooking experience.
