Me encantan los productos de panadería, en particular la pizza en todas sus versiones. Mi cocina es puramente clásica (mis orígenes son umbros, ¡pero soy emiliana de adopción!) y me divierto añadiendo de vez en cuando algún sabor contemporáneo y fusión. Estoy disponible para clases de cocina y visitas al mercado. Hablo italiano, inglés y español.

- Eva was such a wonderful host! She was welcoming and knowledgeable and shared all of her tips and tricks with us. My husband and I attended and were joined by two people from Greece. We made tortellini, tagliatelle, gnocchi and tiramisu and then enjoyed a meal together with local wines and difestifs. I highly recommend this experience, and highly recommend selecting Eva as your host!
