Ciao, sono Roberta! Originaria della Campania, vivo a Roma da molti anni. Amo accompagnare i miei ospiti alla scoperta dell'anima di Roma attraverso i mercati locali e condividere la ricca cultura alimentare italiana insegnando loro ricette tradizionali provenienti da tutto il mondo.

Ti darò il benvenuto nella mia casa romana, dove ti svelerò i segreti della cucina tradizionale italiana. Insieme prepareremo i piatti tradizionali, dall'antipasto, alla pasta fresca e successivamente imparerai a preparare il celebre dessert italiano: il tiramisù. Vi aspetto!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My family of 18 people were beautifully accommodated and we had a magical afternoon cooking and talking with Roberta and her daughter and friend! We learned to make bruschetta, ravioli, and tiramisu. Everything was beyond delicious and they made us feel like we were their family!! I can't recommend Cesarine enough!

Georgia was a great host, she explained everything very well, her English was excellent. The children really loved getting involved in the pasta and tiramisu making. It was so lovely to then eat what we had made in their beautiful home. Thank you so much for looking after us.

We did our cooking class with Georgia in her wonderful home . We did it for our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip! She made sure we felt comfortable and we learned so much . Roberta and her daughter were great hosts! The apartment and table setting were charming, and fog Nemo was cute. The food was delicious! We expected a demo of the cooking. That's the only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, a lovely way to spend our evening in Rome.

This was our first experience with something like this so we can not compare it but it is for sure not the last one. We were surprised and thrilled by how good and comfortable we were greeted by our hosts to their lovely home. The mother who is not speaking english perfectly and daughter who is fluent was perfect combo because mother was talking in italian and we found that beautiful because we could enjoy the sound of this amazing language. If you ask me Mum doesn't need to speak english because her main language is cooking and food. The food was very delicious and we had plenty to eat, we had 4 corses and not enough space in our bellies. We loved the energy throught out the whole night. Roberta is a real italian mum who knows how to welcome the people in her home and make their bellies full of delicious food and drinks and the daughter really knows how to make a nice family atmosphere and we could talk about lot of different subjects, of course at the same time she was Mums right hand in kitchen. We will never forget this experience because of this two beautiful women and their delicious dinner.

"Sono nata a Roma da una famiglia di origini campane. Ricordo perfettamente mia nonna Lucia tutte le mattine in cucina e l'odore del ragù già in cottura che si diffondeva per tutta casa. Ho ben presto compreso che cucinare è uno degli atti d'amore quotidiani che sono in grado di unire e, proprio per questo, ho iniziato a sperimentare non solo la cucina di famiglia, ma anche quella delle altre regioni. Vivendo a Roma, che, oltre a essere una città ricca di storia, è anche piena di mercati locali, ho la possibilità di arricchire i miei piatti con prodotti freschi e genuini".
