A good lunch on our sea view terrace.

A day to spend together that begins with a visit to the market while walking around Porto Ercole. Then we will enjoy a good lunch on our terrace, equipped with Bbq, and with a view that leaves everyone speechless. Our little house is located in the ancient village of Porto Ercole where there is the ancient church of Santo Erasmo. The menu will include an appetizer of bruschetta made on the grill with cherry tomatoes. We then continue with a first course that will vary between gnocchi, fettuccine and spaghetti with clams, tomato, butter, matriciana or carbonara sauce or even paccheri alla Vittorio our must.

: this was an incredibly amazing experience. Being welcomed into a persons home and taught their family recipes was exceptional. Our host was very welcoming and taught us very well. I would book this experience again in a heartbeat. By the time we sat down to eat, I was confident that I could recreate the menu at home due to the exceptional teaching and hands on teaching we received
: Can't say enough how warm and welcoming Emanuela was to my wife and I. We had a wonderful evening learning to cook different types of pasta dishes and enjoy them... she and her daughter we wonderful hosts and teachers.
: Both Emanuela and her daughter Francessca were not only welcoming, they were full of joy and kindness. I took my wife for that experience on our honeymoon to get an authentic Italian lunch and on top of that, learn some new culinary skills! I can say for certainty, it was amazing! And loved their puppy, Nico. Amazing fell.
