Aperitivo Experience calendar in Verona (beginning at h19.30) :
-15/01: fried meatballs in yogurt sauce
-22/01: savory doughnuts with Amarone
-29/01: tastasal rice
We will prepare together a traditional recipe, perfect for an aperitif with friends, of which you will learn the making and secrets. There will be no shortage of local dishes, appetizers and good wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening and meet new people.

- Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza con le Cesarine, w sicuramente non sarà l'ultima! Aurora ha saputo coinvolgerci nella preparazione delle bombette pugliesi e a farci divertire intrattenendoci per l'aperitivo. A completare la bellissima serata è stata poi la compagnia del marito e delle altre ospiti! Una serata di scoperte tra sapori e persone!
- We had the absolute best time at our cooking class in Verona. Aurora was so welcoming from the very beginning. She had her home decorated for Christmas, with a beautiful table laid out for us. We had an interpreter, Francesca, who was just the sweetest thing. Both were very engaging and warm and knowledgeable. They developed a very good rapport right off the bat, making us all feel comfortable. We learned how to make pasta and tiramisu, which quality ingredients to use, and how to get the best results. Aurora was attentive and encouraging for those of us who don’t normally cook! We were very happy that we took this class, instead of watching a YouTube video. There are some things that just need to be hands-on with clear instruction and a fun environment. Aurora shared her family, her home, her recipes, her garden, and her lovely personality. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Throughout our trip, the four of us ate a lot of pasta in Italy and every time we had a bite we said what we made at Aurora’s was better. If we are ever back in Verona, we will definitely look to Aurora for more cooking knowledge, experience, and wonderful memories. Highly recommend this experience.
- Aurora e suo marito sono stati dei fantastici padroni di casa, in un luogo accogliente, con una cucina bella e spaziosa. Aurora si muove benissimo ai fornelli, utilizza prodotti di qualità e dimostra di avere idee innovative che si combinano con la cucina della tradizione. È stato divertente preparare tutti insieme le polpette, mangiare in compagnia e perdersi in tante belle chiacchiere sorseggiando qualche bicchiere di vino. Esperienza consigliatissima
- Esperienza meravigliosa che ripeterò sicuramente. Aurora e suo marito hanno creato un’atmosfera molto accogliente e famigliare, come se fossimo amici da anni. Grazie alle doti culinarie di Aurora abbiamo scoperto i segreti per cucinare alcuni piatti, li abbiamo poi degustati, abbiamo chiacchierato e riso tanto. Il tempo è volato, ma non sarei più tornata a casa!
- What a great class! We had an awesome time with Aurora and her interpreter Carlotta. Aurora warmly welcomed us into her home and made us feel like family right away. She went above and beyond to make the experience special and had tons of interesting information to share about Italian cooking. It was also the best meal we had in Italy! 10/10 recommend. Thank you SO much Aurora! You are a fantastic host, cook and teacher. That was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Italy. We were sad to leave at the end of the night!
