Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

I look forward to welcoming you to a shared cooking class in the beautiful setting of Piazza di Spagna. We will begin together with a welcome aperitif: a glass of wine accompanied by small local bites, to immediately set the right atmosphere.

During the experience, we will cook side by side a handmade fresh pasta recipe, such as gnocchi or tagliatelle, following Italian tradition step by step. And that’s not all: we will also prepare a classic tiramisu, simple yet irresistible.

At the end, we will enjoy together what we have created, sharing flavors and conviviality, surrounded by one of the most iconic views of Rome.
