Cristina will welcome you to her splendid villa surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometres from St Peter’s, for an authentic culinary experience in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. Through large windows overlooking the garden and centuries-old olive trees, you’ll discover a little corner of peace on the outskirts of the Eternal City.
During the cooking class, you will prepare some of the great classics of Roman tradition together: supplì, crispy rice balls with a stringy mozzarella centre; tonnarelli, handmade using the traditional wooden ‘chitarra’; and the unmissable maritozzi with cream, a symbol of Roman sweetness.

- Cristina was most welcoming and informational when teaching my husband and I during our cooking class. It ended up just being the 2 of us and couldn’t have been more perfect! She explained everything patiently. Her home and environment were beautiful! We learned so much and had a blast learning three new pasta recipes!! We could not recommend this class with Cristina more. This is an experience we will talk about forever!
