Welcome! We’ll welcome you to a cosy flat near the Vatican. We’ll start with a welcome drink (water, soft drink, coffee, tea or prosecco), just long enough to introduce ourselves, and then we’ll get straight to work. We’ll be making traditional regional pasta: orecchiette, fettuccine and tonnarelli. We’ll explain the different types of dough: water and flour, semolina and eggs. And we’ll shape the pasta into various shapes. Finally, you’ll get to taste what you’ve made, all in the spirit of trying new things and having lots of fun. We look forward to seeing you!
