My name is Enrico, and my passion for cooking has been rooted since childhood. I still remember the days spent helping my mom in the family trattoria. Although I have taken a different career path over time, the love for cooking has remained.My husband and I will demonstrate how to make bunèt made with macaroons and gianduia cream ( a Piedmontese dessert) after demonstrating how to make bunèt, we will delight ourselves with a homemade appetizer leek flan with parmesan cream, a homemade first course tagliatelle with tomato sauce or ravioli with meat sauce, and finally to end the evening we will enjoy with amaretto and gianduia bunèt, wine water and coffee.
