My name is Enrico and I live in the heart of Turin, near the royal palace and the city's most important museums, a stone's throw from the shroud. Together with my husband Flavio, I propose an evening dedicated to homemade stuffed pasta, with a focus on meat agnolotti with tomato sauce. Before we delight ourselves with the pasta, we offer a trio of local appetizers, including Russian salad, leek flan and parmesan cream and tomini al verde, as a second course veal stew with nebbiolo wine with caramelized carrots and local wines. To conclude. in sweetness, we suggest a taste of bunet.
