Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Positano, where you will be welcomed into a typical Amalfi Coast home. We will start with a delicious aperitif of prosecco, local cheeses and cold cuts. Then, we will move to the kitchen to prepare fresh handmade pasta together, using locally sourced ingredients: ravioli alla caprese, tagliatelle ai limoni di Sorrento, gnocchi alla sorrentina and spaghetti alla Nerano. We will guide you step by step in the creation of the dough, concluding with a classic tiramisu. The experience will culminate with a relaxing lunch on our panoramic terrace, accompanied by an excellent local wine. An unforgettable gastronomic experience!

Rubina and Valeria are absolute gems—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly charming. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a guest and more like a dear friend invited into their world. The joy they bring to every moment is contagious, and getting to spend time with locals who so genuinely love what they do is something truly special. And then, of course, there’s the food. Creating these beautiful dishes together is an experience in itself, but sitting down at the end to enjoy what you’ve made surrounded by stunning is pure magic. It’s the kind of memory that lingers long after you leave. In every sense, it was extraordinary!

Incredible experience, the host and chef are great ppl. The experience was not only fun and relaxing put very personal. It’s more of a real Cooking class in the home of someone local as opposed to a commercialized social media trend place. Food was incredible all fresh from their garden. 12/10

This was a 10/10 experience!!! Rubina and Valeria really made the cooking class fun and authentic. We learned so much and they provided us with all the recipes we made. The class is held at their own property in Positano and the view is incredible. After we finished cooking we got to eat on the balcony and enjoy the view. This was a much better experience than some of the other cooking classes offered in the area! We would book again!

We focus on typical appetizers and first courses, bringing the authentic flavors of our land to the table, and we accompany them with local desserts and homemade liqueurs, for a culinary experience that tells the story and culture of the coast.
